Please be aware that all classes take priority over Open Gym workouts.  Equipment availability during classes may and often are limited.  We recommend you come in either 30 minutes before class or 45 minutes after class begins to ensure you have the equipment available for your workouts. We will add classes based on demand.

 


Gym Hours


Monday through Thursday: 5:00 am to 12 PM and 3Pm to 8:00 pm
Friday: 5:00 am to 1:00 pm & 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Saturday: 7:00 am to 1:00 pm
